How we work

You will only ever deal with a person you have met and feel comfortable with.

If you would not confidently recommend us to a friend, then we have not met our own expectations of a quality service.

You will have someone to turn to. We encourage clients to call whenever they need to. We do not charge for this unless further detailed work is needed. We want you to feel supported, without the worry of the cost of that support.

We promise that any advice offered will be in plain English, delivered on time with pragmatic solutions.

What we don't do

We don’t ask you to visit us at a time convenient to us; we come to you, when it suits you.

We don’t try to understand your business by simply looking at its records; we do this by visiting and listening to you.

We don’t use jargon or over technical terms.

We don’t try to cross sell complimentary products.

We don’t raise a constant stream of additional invoices. We clearly tell you what a particular service will cost and invoice when it’s done.

We don’t make promises which we cannot deliver.

We don’t advise until we know the answer.
